“DOGS LOVE IT”
1. Bookings are Essential. If you cannot make your booked day, we ask that you call the
centre and notify the staff. As places are limited all booked days, unattended will incur fees.
2. All dogs must be vaccinated with a C5 and a certificate must be provided
3. Puppies are welcome from 12 weeks of age with proof of all three puppy vaccinations
4. Up to 7 months can be non-desexed, over 7 months must be Desexed
5. All dogs must arrive on a leash and leave on a leash. All dogs must have a suitable collar, preferably a buckle clip. Check chains are not suitable collars.
6. If you have a walking aid such as a halti or check chain, please leave these attached to assist staff in walking your dog out into the daycare yard. These will be removed while in the yard.
7. If a dog requires medication, the owner must supply the medication with directions of use
8. Sick dogs cannot attend with anything contagious such as canine cough or conjunctivitis, or any pre-existing conditions such as stitches, split paw, limping or any other signs of discomfort.
9. Clients must advise any changes to their contact details
10. Payment is via Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa.
11. Dogs will only be handed over to the authorized person/s whose name/s appear on the rego form. Any exception will be if prior notice is given of the nominated person to the staff.
12. Any ALLSORTS staff member is authorised to refuse a dog’s access into the Daycare if the dog displays unsafe behavioural problems such as aggression
13. Late charges will apply $10 per 10 minutes after 6pm
14. If a dog has not been collected, and no contact has been made, then the dog will be
classed as abandoned and will be handed to the council.
15. We are an outside daycare, and dogs will get wet, dirty, and sandy. These are signs your dog has had fun. However, if you do wish your dog to be clean upon pick up, please notify staff if you would like your dog to have a hydrobath or a rinse off, and the time you will collect your dog to allow for drying.
16. Cancellation Policy: if you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice will be charged that one day fee.
